To claim missing items or report damages, please ensure you record a complete and unedited unboxing video before opening your package. The video should clearly capture the condition of the parcel as it was packed and shipped by us.

Claims will not be accepted in situations where the package has already been opened, inspected, and then resealed for recording. This policy is in accordance with courier company requirements, as well as our own guidelines.
