Customized products may require 7 or more days for processing, depending on the complexity of the customization.

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate. Incorrect or insufficient details, such as a wrong pin code, could result in lost parcels, which will be beyond our responsibility. Double-check your address before finalizing.
Claims for Damages or Missing Items
To process any claims for damages, missing products, or other issues, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the unopened package and its contents. Photos alone will not be accepted by us or the courier company.
Domestic Shipping
FREE domestic shipping is available on all orders over Rs.999.00
Most orders are delivered within 7 days of dispatch.
We use India Post, Shiprocket and Delhivery as our shipping partners. We may use other courier partners too as per requirement or availability
