Returns/Exchanges
Please note that most products on our site are handmade, which may result in minor finishing imperfections. While we strive to deliver the highest quality, if something isn’t right, please contact us at: cyttracrafts@gmail.com.
We follow a "No Return, No Exchange" policy due to the nature of our stationery products. Returns or exchanges are only eligible in the following scenarios:
Products damaged during transit.
Incorrect or defective items received.
In such cases, customers must contact us at cyttracrafts@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving their order. Please include:
Your order number.
A raw, unedited unboxing video of the package (refer to our Unboxing Video Guidelines).
Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product.
Proof of purchase (receipt).
Please Note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
The return request is made more than 7 days after receiving the product.
The product shows signs of use or damage.
The returned product is not in its original condition.
The product was purchased during a sale or as part of a promotion.
Products from the "Clearance Section," "Oops Collection," Lucky Scoops, Mystery Bags, or customized items (including name customizations) are not eligible for return or refund.
International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your credit or debit card (or original payment method).
The credit will appear in your account based on your card issuer’s policies.
Important Notes:
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch.
Cancellations and refunds not applicable for customized orders.
